Welcome to Its me Designs

Custom orders are welcome, I will match a theme, color or costume. So please get in touch with me, BEFORE you place your order, so I can help you, help me, make the most perfect gift for you or someone else. You will find I am easy to work with and I will respond quickly to your emails. Thank you, I hope you find something you will love and just can't do without!

FAQ

How do you make orders and take payment?

As of right now all my ordering will go though Etsy. I do however accept PayPal.

What are your delivery options?
 

I ship all items via USPS First class within 3 business days of payment confirmation . If you would like me to ship Priority Mail or Express Mail for faster service, please let me know and I'll adjust your shipping prices accordingly. 

I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. I can track all international items shipped via Priority Mail, but I cannot track international first class air mail parcels. I highly recommend purchasing insurance on your package. If you would like to add insurance, tracking, please contact me and I'll adjust your shipping costs.

* Any local shoppers (FT LAUDERDALE, FL) we can arrange pick up if you would rather instead of shipping :)

What is your returns policy?
 

I want you to love every item you buy from me, so if you are truly unhappy, you may return your item (unused) in it's original packaging WITHIN 7 days for an exchange. No refunds, sorry. If you want to exchange, you will need to pay both the shipping back to me of the item you don't want and postage for the item you have exchanged it for.  

Also if your package has been scanned as "delivered" It can not be replaced. Insurance is strongly recommended as we can not be responsible for items lost or damaged once they leave our hands."
